What’s great and what’s not
Clean and modern rooms, with a wonderfully relaxing pool area. Staff went above and beyond, providing helpful tips and even free breakfast bites when we were in a rush!
All that great service was slightly overshadowed by some noise from nearby guests and street traffic that disrupted quiet evenings. Parking could also be a hassle!

I really enjoyed the lovely pool and peaceful atmosphere at The Merewether Motel. The rooms were clean and in excellent condition, which made for a comfortable stay. I appreciated the friendly and helpful staff at reception. During my visit, I had easy access to Merewether Beach and several great dining options nearby. One downside was the iron bars on the windows, which felt a bit restrictive. The extraction fan in the bathroom was surprisingly loud as well. a pleasant stay with a few areas to improve upon.

Had a canny stay, just a short walk from the beach! The room was modern and spotlessly clean, and the water-saving toilet was a brilliant touch. Only downside was the nearby parking situation wasn't great, but overall a lush experience! Would come back!

The Deluxe Queen Studio had a great design with a beach vibe that made for a relaxing stay. The water-saving toilet was a unique feature I hadn't encountered before, which felt innovative and clever.
Upon arrival, it seemed like a busy residential area, and there were some minor inconveniences. The parking situation wasn't ideal, and the available free bikes were in poor condition.

Couple suitable for a cozy stay
We requested a quiet room, and it was away from the road which was nice. But the real kicker was the elephant shower in the bathroom. Best shower I’ve had in a while, felt like a spa moment after a long day. The staff were super friendly, very helpful, just made everything chill for us.
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but I guess it was still reasonable for what you get.

Had an awesome time with friends! The location was great, being close to golf courses and restaurants. The staff were helpful, and we enjoyed the comfy beds and clean rooms. The BBQ place by the pool was perfect for our lazy afternoons. Don’t miss the breakfast upgrade for a filling start to your day.
A bit of road noise from our apartment was annoying at times, but it didn't ruin our overall experience.

Great stay with awesome location!
We stayed for 4 nights in a Standard Twin Room, and it was pretty sweet! The pool was a real treat, and the in-room breakfast was yummy and super handy. The only bummer was the small size of the room. it felt a bit cramped. Otherwise, a lovely spot close to the beach and a fab pub.
